Le parti Mouvement des Élites Engagées pour l’Émancipation du Bénin (Moele-Bénin) consolide ses bases dans les départements. Conformément à ses textes amendés lors de son dernier congrès extraordinaire, le parti procède à l’installation de ses coordinations communales. Après les départements du Mono, du Plateau et de l’Atlantique, le Littoral a également installé, vendredi 5 mars, ses coordinations communales. C’était en présence du Président de Moele-Bénin, Jacques Ayadji et d’une forte de délégation du Bureau politique national du parti.
« Ne demande pas ce que ton parti Moele-Bénin peut faire pour toi, demande ce que tu peux faire pour ton parti Moele-Bénin ». Tels étaient les propos de Cyriaque Hounnou, coordonnateur départemental du Littoral, pour planter le décor de la cérémonie officielle d’installation des coordonnateurs des 13 arrondissements dudit département. En contextualisant cette pensée de John Kennedy, ancien président des Etats-Unis d’Amérique lors de son discours d’investiture le 20 janvier 1961, l’homme souhaite constater l’engouement de ses paires « à rester fidèles aux idéaux du parti au regard de la moralisation de la vie publique, de la nécessité de faire de la politique autrement en bannissant l’un de ses fléaux qu’est l’achat des consciences ». C’est dans cet ordre d’idée qu’il leur rappelle le résultat attendu par le parti, tout en leur signifiant que la concurrence est rude et la lutte ardue. « Je voudrais vous rappeler que vous devez travailler inlassablement pour implanter le parti là où il ne s’est pas encore enraciné et en consolider les bases là où il est déjà naissant », a déclaré Cyriaque Hounnou. Par le biais de leur porte-parole, Arnaud Assogba, coordonnateur du 6ème arrondissement, les personnalités installées se sont dites prêtes à mener le combat. « Nous vous rassurons que vous avez en face de vous, des personnes qui ont l’aptitude, la compétence et qui sont déterminées à accomplir la mission qui est la leur », a fait savoir Assogba Arnaud.
Aller à l’assaut des quartiers du Littoral
Présent à cette cérémonie prise d’assaut par les militants venus soutenir l’initiative, Jacques Ayadji, le président de Moele-Bénin invite les coordonnateurs à s’investir dans l’agrandissement et la pérennisation de cette famille politique réunie autour du chef de l’Etat. « Je vous demande non seulement d’aller à l’assaut des quartiers, mais aussi et surtout à l’assaut de chaque ménage. Il faut que dans chaque ménage, nous ayons au moins deux militants de Moele-Bénin », a déclaré Jacques Ayadji. Le premier défi que souhaite relever l’homme avec l’appui des coordonnateurs et des militants, est selon lui la réélection du président Patrice Talon dès le premier tour du scrutin électoral. Rappelant que les adversaires de son candidat sont de taille, le président du parti demande à ses militants de ne pas minimiser l’enjeu et de s’investir réellement dans la mission à eux confiée. Jacques Ayadji rassure par ailleurs ses compatriotes de ce que les moyens de tous ordres, nécessaires à la réussite du projet en cours seront mis à leur disposition.
L’invite à s’approprier le Parti Moele-Bénin
Envoyer ses soldats en mission est synonyme de leur offrir les armes nécessaires à leur défense. Ainsi, Cyriaque Hounnou a remis un lot important des textes fondamentaux de Moele-Bénin aux délégations des quinzième et seizième circonscriptions électorales. Cette initiative a pour but selon lui de renforcer les capacités de ses collaborateurs vu la tâche qui vient de leur être confiée. Il invite les récipiendaires à d’une part s’en approprier le contenu, puis les mettre à la disposition des membres des délégations desdites circonscriptions, d’autre part.
Rappelons que cette séance a enregistré la présence de la deuxième vice-présidente du parti, Marie-Noëlle Paraïso, ainsi que d’autres figures emblématiques du parti de Moele-Bénin.
